During Phase 1, Rush is open to Founding Members and their guests for private bookings, and select weekly public play sessions.

Middle Grounds

Estimated Completion: Late 2026

  • Two signature bars spanning over 8,000 sqft, including a rooftop terrace with views onto our stadium courts and nature reserve

  • 1,000 sqft coffee shop with co-working space

  • 6,000 sqft Landscaped plaza with health food kitchen and music stage

  • Member-only clubhouse with co-work space, ensuite locker rooms and hydrotherapy suite

  • Dedicated pro shop for premium gear and apparel

phase three & FOUR

Lower Grounds
THE RUSH RESERVE

Estimated Completion: Early 2027

The expansion of the Lower Grounds includes:

  • 8 additional pickleball courts (5 standard + 3 stadium)

  • 3 padel courts

  • Beer Garden with nature play areas

  • The Rush Reserve: a unique 3 acre nature preserve along Slaughter Creek with hike and bike trails, sustainability and permaculture activities

  • Hike + bike trail connectivity to East Grounds (Phase Five)

phase FIVE

The EAST Grounds

Estimated Completion: Late 2027

A major padel-led expansion onto a neighboring six-acre site, featuring:

6 covered outdoor padel courts

4 indoor padel courts within a new multi-sport facility

8 indoor pickleball courts

Rush Labs, a dedicated high-performance gym

Dedicated event parking accessed from Slaughter Creek Drive

A hike-and-bike trail connecting the new site to the Lower Grounds

Upon the completion of Phase 5, Rush will operate 40 racquet sport courts, and the 14 acre campus will accommodate up to 3,000 members.
